What’s cooking in Vera
The Gastronomy of Vera has been passed on from generation to generation and is consistent with the traditional, fundamental flavours colours and aromas of the area.
Using seasonal products grown on our land, the foundation of our dishes is simplicity and tradition. However, behind that naturalness, our gastronomy has been able to catch up, innovate and grow thanks to the many events that our establishments and restaurants host each year.
Last but not least, our confectionary, into which are mixed the flavours and ingredients from different Mediterranean cultures.
